Steps
Formwork:
Removable forms (wood) are used to shape the concrete into the desired shape.
Concrete is often reinforced with steel bars (rebar) or mesh to enhance its strength durability. On site pouring: Ready-Mixed concrete is delivered to the site by truck and poured directly into forms or by pumping (Boom or line) through a system of hoses and pipes creating to be delivered preciously where it needs.
Reinforcement:
Concrete Finishing: For slabs con grade (SOG) after concrete sets, tools like trowels, floats, and grinders are used to achieve the desired surface appearance, texture, and level.
